Since 2019, she has been holding a position of the Director of the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Non-Ferrous Metals, a research centre of the Polish non-ferrous metals industry.

President of the Association of Engineers and Technicians of Non-Ferrous Metals, Member of the Polish Chamber of Commerce for High Technology, Vice-President of the Council of the Economic Chamber of Non-Ferrous Metals and Recycling, Member of the College of Advisors to the President of the Łukasiewicz Centre, Member of the Council of the Łukasiewicz – Institute of Welding and  Institute for Ecology of Industrial Areas, Member of the Main Council of Research and Development Units, Member of the Powder Metallurgy Team of the Metallurgy Committee (PAN – Polish Academy of Sciences), Member of the Competency Centre of Metals Processing and Metallic Composites of the Institute of Highway Technology and Innovation (IATI), Member of the Copper Committee of Gesellschaft der Metallurgen und Bergleute e. V. (GDMB).

Expert within the Regional Operational Programme of the Silesian Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020 and co-creator of the Smart Specializations for Silesian Voivodeship. 

Author and co-author of over 90 scientific publications, 27 research and development projects, 5 international projects, 23 patents and patent applications, and 60 own research works, laureate of many prizes and awards.
