Marek Ujejski
IT Systems Security Expert
Marek Ujejski is an expert in the field of IT systems security and operational risk analysis. He was a senior manager in IT management positions in the banking and public sector. As a Polish delegate, Marek took part in many European projects in the field of IT systems and in European Commission working groups, recently in the eIDAS Working Group. He was an expert at the Ministry of Administration and Digitisation and the Ministry of Health. Marek has gained many years of experience in building and operating IT systems in the banking and public sectors. He supervised the implementation of central systems, including at ING BSK, Raiffeisen Bank Polska, and BGŻ. He’s a co-author of the system ‘eWUŚ’ – patient’s privilege verification system and Integrated Patient’s Guide. He’s ISO 27001 Lead Auditor. Furthermore, he received an international certificate CISM and CPDSE from the ISACA. Author of many publications on GDPR. He is a long-time lecturer at postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology in the field of IT investment effectiveness assessment. In 2016, Marek was awarded by The Polish Bank Association for special contribution to the development and safe operation of the Polish banking systems.
