Dr. Paweł Kuch is a lawyer and economist by training, with a doctorate from the University of Zurich. He is a legal advisor, an expert in negotiations and M&A transactions, personal data protection, business-legal strategy development and international commercial contracts, and the author of a number of scientific publications. He has many years of experience in team management, both in the business, financial and R&D sectors. He has been in private practice for the last 14 years, representing commercial entities in civil law, employment law, intellectual property, aviation law and other areas. He also has 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Dr Kuch has served as Director of the National Centre for Research and Development since August 9, 2022.
